Uma casa de inverno confortável com todas as comodidades, num recanto calmo, área residencial onde o silencio reina… Localizada no Algarve, numa zona do país com temperaturas amenas e com sol mais de 360 dias por ano, escolha-nos para passar uma estadia longa, seja a trabalhar ou simplesmente a descansar e desfrutar da serenidade e paz deste local.

As Estadias Longas , têm duração igual ou superior a 30 noites nos meses de Novembro, Dezembro, Janeiro, Fevereiro.
As tarifas incluem todos as taxas e a sua ocupação máxima serão 6 pessoas.
O valor mensal é de 11250,00€.
No valor da estadia estão incluidos os seguintes serviços:
- Check-in a partir das 16:00 e check-out até 10:00;
- Limpeza da casa 2 vezes por semana, com mudança de toalhas;
- Serviços de manutenção;
- Assistência de Segunda a Sexta-feira das 9:00-18:00 (+351 289 585 383).

We spent a wonderful week at Sandra’s apartment. It was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. We couldn’t have asked for a more serene spot; close to everything but very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is very well furnished, as is the rest of the place. The beds were extremely comfortable and we spent a lot of time on the many patios, which are truly the highlight of this beautiful home. I would highly recommend booking it. Si vous cherchez l’emplacement idéal vous y êtes….loin de la foule mais proche de tout, face aux dauphins au pied de la plage. C’est le lieu magique pour toutes les générations. Attention tout de même maison inaccessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

Casa Latino is a beautiful property, tastefully decorated and extremely well appointed. It has an unbeatable location in the old town of Albufeira. The views from each of the three terraces out to sea are stunning. The pretty cove below the property is accessible from the main beach at low tide. We had a great time in this townhouse. It is large and beautifully decorated and very comfy. It is perfect for four adults. The three terrases have wonderful view over the sea and beach. We loved the heated jacuzzi as November can be a bit chilly in the evening. The house was very clean and its location is good as it is only a short walk from the beach and restaurants.
