LONG STAYS, are stays longer than 30 nights in November, December, January, February.
The rates includes all taxes.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
The price per month is 13.050 € (Do not includes pool heating)
Included Services for the rate:
- Check-in from 4pm and check-ou until 10am.
- Cleaning services 2 times per week and changes towels, linen once a week;
- Maintenance support services;
- Support services/Help desk center from Monday to Friday from 9:00am- 6pm (+351 289 585 383).

I cannot say enough nice things about this place. My family and I spent 5 days and no one wanted to leave. We have been traveling for a month and this was our absolute favorite spot. Perfect location in albufiera. Quiet to sleep, unbeatable view, you can walk to literally anything and everything. The beach is an escalator ride away. Prefect villa with exceptional customer service. The company who rent this villa are excellent. Heloisa was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist us with whatever we needed. There was a lovely welcome hamper waiting for us upon arrival. We had a late fight and Heloisa arrange to called round in the morning to make sure everything was okay for us. She was very knowledgeable, recommended where to get food shopping and kindly told us where to go to get our covid test for traveling(...)

Best location close to everything We had a wonderful holiday week with the family. We enjoyed ourselves very much on the roof terrace with the nicest view. Cozy house with two indoor gardens. Plenty of space for us as five people in the family. Good service, clean and fresh. Close to shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Beautiful and breathtaking with outstanding views of the beach, town, and the ocean. Residence is located close to shops, restaurants, sights and attractions. The secured parking space in front of the residence is PRICELESS. We were able to park our car and never needed to use it again while in Albufeira- we walked everywhere. Cass Da Bandeira ist ein idealer wundervoller Ort zum Entspannen. Mitten In Albufeira, dennoch ruhig, mit wundervoller Terrasse inkl. Pool die man eigentlich gar nicht verlassen will. Das Haus ist mit viel Stil eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen und bin sicher, dass ich selber auch wieder Gast sein werde.
