The location is quiet and peaceful, within walking distance everything you need in Albufeira.
Decorated in new mediterranean/ Marrocan style, this house was designed and realized to be a Dream home.
This villa is for 6 people, has 3 en-suites, 2 toillets, a modern kitchen fully eqquiped. The living room with sea view has cable & satelite TV, Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning all room, alarm, safe deposit box, private car park. The pool can be heated at a cost.

Master suite (king size bed), AC, w/ interior garden , wc w/shower,.
Junior suite (2 single beds), AC, w/ sea view, wc w/ shower.

This villa is not recommended for children under 7 years old.
At the check-in a Damage deposit of 750,00€ will be required (cash or credit card), for any damage/breakadge occur at the villa. The damage deposit will be refunded 2/5 days after we clean an inspect the villa.

Beautiful and breathtaking with outstanding views of the beach, town, and the ocean. Residence is located close to shops, restaurants, sights and attractions. The secured parking space in front of the residence is PRICELESS. We were able to park our car and never needed to use it again while in Albufeira- we walked everywhere. Can't say enough about Sandra's listing - the location was excellent and the view was second to none. The home was exactly as described, incredibly welcoming and clean. Would not hesitate to strongly recommend.

The 8 days and nights we spent in Casa Da Bandeira is by FAR the best vacation we ever had. The reasons are many: The location: Since I am very familiar with Albufeira and surroundings I knew that this is the perfect location. The feeling or being secluded with the bast ocean view is provrörs. But personally I like to have the option to find stores, restaurants and cafés nearby. It is almost incredible to step out of the house and just take the escallator down to the buzz of the town.(...)

We could not have had a more perfect week in Albufeira. The location is perfect with everything nearby. The views from the rooftop made us not want to ever leave. We loved that every room had their own bathroom. The communication was some of the BEST I have ever had with a host! The home is lovely and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What a spot! This couldn’t have been a better balance of convenience and comfort. The place is very spacious, pristine, and fully equipped, comfortable beds and a beautiful pool on the rooftop that the kids loved. The view of the ocean and beach was amazing and it was steps from the escalator down to all the action. We were a bit surprised by the party scene in Albufeira, which was pretty noisy and crowded, but that was all our ignorance. The house is right on a boardwalk elevated above(...)
