Villa Ocean Marina is located in a quiet area, a few minutes walking to the Marina and Old Town center. A very short distance from one of the most beautiful beaches in the region, the golf courses.
The pool area is at the top of the cliff, a superb viewa, here you have sun loungers, a dinning area, a Kitchenette (fridge, electric grill, etc) and a service WC.
Villa Ocean Marina, a modern and confortable villa, for 6 people, has 3 en-suites and 2 toillets, a modern kitchennete fully eqquipped with a huge wodden dinning table.
The living room has cable TV, Optic fiber Wi-Fi, AC all room, alarm, safe deposit box and private car park.
Suite 1 - Double bed w/ bathroom
Suite 2 - Double bed w/ shower room
Suite 3 - 2 single beds w/ shower room
The pool it's heatable for an additional cost.
This villa is not suitable for childrens under 7 yeras old and people with mobility difficulties or dificulty to climb. The swimming pool is on the cliff, you have tio climb several steps to access.
At the check-in a Damage deposit of 750,00€ will be required (cash or credit card), for any damage/breakadge occur at the villa. The damage deposit will be refunded 2/5 days after we clean an inspect the villa.

Das Haus war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es gab alles was man zum täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Der Pool auf dem Dach und die schönen Liegen waren perfekt. Wir möchten uns bei Sandra und Heloisa für die gute Zusammenarbeit bedanken. Die Betreuung vor Ort war perfekt ... Heloisa war immer für uns da wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir würden dieses Haus auch Freunden empfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is brand new and equipped with everything you might need. The furniture is very modern and the decoration very thoughtful. Check-in was very easy and the hospitality of Sandra and her team is outstanding. They are easy to reach and try to help you with anything (...) We highly recommend to stay at the Ocean Villa and would not hesitate to book again.

ruly great place to stay. Multi-floored villa was great with exquisite view and top floor swimming pool. Everything brand new with all amenities you would want for a week-long stay. Perfect location, outside of crowded old town, but not too far to go on foot. Closely located marina makes it easier to go to pretty decent restaurants (highly advised to select portuguesas one) even during the day. e2e went flawlessly, no issue at all.
